Built in the 13th century and restored in 1982 with the suggestions of the American sculptor Beverly Pepper, the house is inside the walled city of Todi, about 5 minutes’ walk from the main square. Conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing.
Flanked by the apse of the church of S. Prassede on the southwest side, and has a 400 sq. m. garden in front, it is very private and quiet. All the windows have great views of the valley below and the Martani mountains directly east.
We also own a lovely apartment in Florence, just blocks from the Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. For further information, see the site at: www.myplaceinflorence.com
