$1,300. / week base price. Price is negotiable depending on the number of people,
season and duration of stay.
The prices include all utilities except gas, telephone (both metered) and firewood.
A deposit of $ 950.00 is required when reserving the house. This is non-refundable in case
of cancellation. There are insurance companies that will cover this risk at a minimal cost.
The full rental fee should be sent 3 months in advance.
The deposit will be returned within one week of the clients’ departure, minus above utilities.
A € 100 clean-up fee is required at the end of each rental.
A maid is available on request who will work at € 9 / hour.
A gardener who cuts the lawn is included.
A person will meet renters and accompany them to the house, where a detailed list of instructions
and telephone numbers can be found.
